Job Crafting: Work Engagement and Teacher Happiness

Happy teachers tend to perform better, be more capable of creating innovations, and produce new ideas in work so they help the organization reach its goals. This study aims examine role job crafting towards happiness, mediated by engagement as employees at their respective organizations. Participants this are 885 who have worked “X” Educational Foundation for least one year. The instruments used a scale that consists 15 items, calling with 12 9-item scale, happiness consisting 8 items. All items instrument been deemed valid reliability values 0.763, 0.912, 0.934, 0.758. data obtained were analyzed using Model 4 SPSS Hayes Process. findings showed there is teachers’ engagement. It was also found has significant direct effect on happiness.
